The freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil with its intense fragrance together with the unique aroma of the white truffle , will delight the most demanding gourmets and the most refined kitchens. Salads, bread, eggs, rice, pasta, meat and fish will never be the same again. A few drops of our dressing will give elegance, structure and exclusivity to your simplest dishes or your most elaborate recipes.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 99.8%, flavouring.

Storage: Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources.

How to use: Ready to use seasoning either alone or as a supplement to fresh truffle and other sauces. Do not heat or overcook the product to prevent the truffle aroma from dispersing. Seasoning for first courses, meat, fish, boiled vegetables, eggs, croutons and pizzas.

Chicken Caesar Salad with White Truffle Flavoured EVO Oil Dressing

CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD WITH WHITE TRUFFLE FLAVOURED EVO OIL DRESSING

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 500g chicken breast fillets
  • 350g romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g of homemade bread
  • 50/70 g of Grana Padano DOP
  • 15 g of mustard
  • 5 g Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 g of lemon juice

Seasoning

  • Extra virgin olive oil flavoured with white truffle
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

Procedure

Start by cooking the chicken breast fillets on a preheated griddle with a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes per side.

Cut the bread into cubes and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil until you get golden croutons.

Wash the lettuce, dry it with a salad spinner and chop it.

Plate the portions by arranging the lettuce, chicken and croutons; cover with flakes of Grana Padano.

Using an immersion blender, blend the mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, 30 g of White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt, then season the salad.
