Shelf life of fresh truffles:
In general, fresh truffles should be consumed within 3-5 days , like white truffles, while for other types, such as black truffles, up to 10-15 days .

To maintain freshness, store them in the refrigerator, wrapped in absorbent paper and placed in an airtight container.
