Ingredients: Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 65%, sunflower seed oil, cooking water, salt, flavouring.
Storage: Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.
How to use: Cold: Use directly. Hot: Heat slightly to preserve the aroma of the truffle. Avoid bringing to the boil.

Cook the tagliolini in plenty of salted water until cooked to the desired point.
In a pan, melt the butter together with the crushed garlic (if using) until lightly golden.
Drain the tagliolini and transfer them to the pan, stirring gently to combine everything.
Add the Pure Summer Truffle Cream and continue stirring over low heat for a few minutes, so as to flavour the pasta without overcooking the cream.
Season with salt and pepper and finish with a sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley.
