Ingredients: Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad.) 70%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flavouring.

Storage: Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

How to use: The truffle slices are ready to use and can be added directly to dishes.

Club Sandwich with Summer Truffle Slices

CLUB SANDWICH WITH SLICES OF SUMMER TRUFFLE

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 4 slices of crustless white sandwich bread
  • 200g marinated salmon, sliced
  • Summer truffle slices
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 ox heart tomatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • Truffle Mayonnaise

Procedure

Prepare the hard boiled eggs and cut them into slices. Wash and slice the lettuce and tomatoes.

Arrange the 4 slices of bread on a work surface and fill only the first three, alternating mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, salmon, hard-boiled eggs, onion and truffle slices.

Build the sandwich by closing each layer with a slice of sandwich bread, forming a tower starting from the first filled slice and closing with the empty one.

Once the club sandwich is formed, cut it in half diagonally to form two triangles.
